Oneable (“เรา”) ให้ความสำคัญกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

สมาชิก Community: อีเมล ชื่อจากบัญชี Google (ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google) ชื่อที่แสดง อาชีพ/ความสนใจ (ถ้ากรอก) เนื้อหาที่คุณโพสต์ เช่น คำถาม คำตอบ รีวิว รูปภาพที่อัปโหลด และการโหวต
ประวัติการเข้าสู่ระบบ: วันเวลา ช่องทาง หมายเลข IP ประเทศโดยประมาณ และประเภทอุปกรณ์/เบราว์เซอร์ เพื่อความปลอดภัยของบัญชีและป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ
แบบฟอร์มติดต่อ: ชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทร และข้อความที่คุณส่งมา
แชทบอทบนเว็บ: ข้อความที่คุณพิมพ์คุยกับผู้ช่วย AI
ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: หน้าที่เข้าชม ลิงก์ที่มา ประเภทเบราว์เซอร์ หมายเลข IP (ใช้กันบอทและสแปม) และประเทศโดยประมาณ ตัวนับผู้เข้าชมท้ายเว็บใช้เฉพาะ IP ที่เข้ารหัสทางเดียว (hash) แล้ว

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อ

ให้คุณเข้าสู่ระบบ ถาม-ตอบ และรีวิวใน Community (ฐานสัญญา)
ตอบกลับคำถามและคำขอใบเสนอราคา (ฐานสัญญา / ก่อนเข้าทำสัญญา)
ป้องกันสแปม การละเมิด และรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
วิเคราะห์สถิติการเข้าชมเพื่อปรับปรุงเนื้อหา เฉพาะเมื่อคุณยินยอมคุกกี้วิเคราะห์ (ความยินยอม)

3. การประมวลผลด้วย AI และผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

เนื้อหาที่โพสต์ใน Community จะถูกส่งให้ระบบ AI คัดกรองสแปมและเนื้อหาไม่เหมาะสม ผ่านผู้ให้บริการโมเดลภาษา (เช่น OpenAI) เราไม่ส่งอีเมลของคุณไปประมวลผลด้วย AI ผู้ให้บริการอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ Microsoft 365 (ส่งอีเมลรหัสเข้าสู่ระบบและการแจ้งเตือน), Google (เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google และ Analytics เมื่อคุณยินยอม), Cloudflare (เครือข่ายและความปลอดภัย) และผู้ให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา ผู้ให้บริการบางรายอาจประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทยภายใต้มาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสม

4. คุกกี้

จำเป็น (เปิดตลอด): sid สำหรับเซสชันและการเข้าสู่ระบบ, oneable_consent จำการตั้งค่าคุกกี้ และการจำภาษา/ธีมในเบราว์เซอร์
วิเคราะห์ (เลือกได้): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) ทำงานเฉพาะเมื่อคุณกด “ยอมรับทั้งหมด” หรือเปิดในการตั้งค่า

เปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ท้ายเว็บไซต์

5. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

บัญชีและเนื้อหา Community: จนกว่าคุณจะลบบัญชี
รหัสเข้าสู่ระบบทางอีเมล: หมดอายุใน 10 นาที
ข้อความติดต่อและบทสนทนากับแชทบอท: เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการและติดตามงาน
ข้อมูลการเข้าชม: เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการวิเคราะห์สถิติและป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ

6. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ลบ ระงับ หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลา สมาชิกลบบัญชีและข้อมูลได้เองที่หน้า บัญชีของฉัน หรือติดต่อเราตามช่องทางด้านล่าง หากเห็นว่าเราปฏิบัติไม่ถูกต้อง คุณมีสิทธิ์ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Privacy Policy

Effective 17 September 2026 · applies to www.oneable.co.th

Oneable (“we”) respects your personal data and follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Community members: email, name from your Google account (if you sign in with Google), display name, role/interest (optional), and what you post — questions, answers, reviews, uploaded images and votes.
Sign-in history: date/time, sign-in method, IP address, approximate country and device/browser type, for account security and abuse prevention.
Contact form: name, email, phone and your message.
Website chatbot: the messages you send to the AI assistant.
Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, browser type, IP address (to filter bots and spam) and approximate country. The public visitor counter uses a hashed IP only.
Cookies: see section 4.

2. How we use it

To let you sign in, ask, answer and review in the Community (contract).
To reply to enquiries and quotation requests (contract / pre-contract).
To prevent spam and abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
To analyse traffic and improve content — only with your consent for analytics cookies (consent).

3. AI processing and service providers

Community posts are screened for spam and inappropriate content by an AI system through language-model providers (e.g. OpenAI). We do not send your email address to AI processing. Other providers involved: Microsoft 365 (sign-in codes and notification emails), Google (Sign in with Google; Analytics when you consent), Cloudflare (network and security) and our hosting provider. Some providers may process data outside Thailand under appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies

Essential (always on): sid for your session and sign-in, oneable_consent to remember your cookie choice, and your language/theme preference stored in the browser.
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), only after you choose “Accept all” or enable it in settings.

You can change this any time in at the bottom of the site.

5. Retention

Community account and content: until you delete your account.
Email sign-in codes: expire after 10 minutes.
Contact messages and chatbot conversations: as long as needed to provide the service and follow up.
Usage data: as long as needed for statistics and abuse prevention.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, a copy of, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing of your data, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Members can delete their account and data themselves on My account, or contact us below. If you believe we have not complied, you may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee office.
